It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Marie Flory of Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on April 10, 2026, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Darlene leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Darlene may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. Matura and Sharon M. Mergogey Matura; her sister Debra Eppler; and her great-niece Lillian Ross. She is survived by: her brother John M. Matura Jr.; her children, Heather Matura, Jamie Davis (Corey Davis), Cassie Winiavski, Nicolette Winiavski, Trisha Flory and Destiny Flory; and her adoptive daughter Molly Toney (Jon Toney Jr.). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and one on the way, 5 nieces and nephews, and 9 great nieces and nephews.
