He was loved and cherished by many people including: his friend Darwin; his parents, Virginia Lucille Hagedorn and George Darwin Johnson; his significant other Linda Stump; his sons, George D. Johnson, Aaron V. Johnson (Jocelyn Vorbach) and Todd B. Johnson; and his grandson Bowie V. Johnson of Morgantown.
