He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Catlett and Lois Catlett; his former wife Mary Daniels Catlett; and his siblings, Rosemary Ray and John Catlett.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Crouser Catlett; his stepchildren, Thomas P. Crouser, Jr. (Mercedes) and Rex Edward Crouser II; his grandchildren, Alison Walls, Darin Crow, Ali Schoolcraft, Kaylyn Mareske, McKenzie Catlett, Casey Catlett, Alexis Catlett, Kennedi Catlett, Joshua Crouser, Julian Crouser and Sofia Marie Crouser; and his sisters, Edna Baylor, Connie Helms of Independence, WV and Carol Vichota of Rio Rancho. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Keller Funeral Home (1236 Myers Ave, Dunbar, WV 25064). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
