He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore George Lazzelle and Victoria Lazzelle (Solario); his brother Theodore George Lazzelle Jr.; and his brother-in-law Bobby Bacorn. He is survived by: his children, David Shane Lazzelle and Carmella Meadows; his grandchildren, Nicole, Isabelle, Logan, Brooklyn and Mica; and his siblings, Virginia Cutright (Don), Arthur Lazzelle (Carolyn) and Amy Bacorn (Brett).
