He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ann Guminey Willis; his children, Virginia Schrout of Uniontown, PA, Beth Crouser of Kentucky and Lance Hamilton of Morgantown; his granddaughter Gabrielle; and his brother Jody Willis (Martha) of Virginia.
