It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert Franklin Hilling Sr. of Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on November 26, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Hilling and Marie Hilling. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Coulter; his children, Deborah L. Huesken, Robert A. Hilling, Cathy A. Hilling and Delbert F. Hilling II; and his grandson Scott Cobb (Nicole Cobb).
