He is survived by: his wife Diane Mae Howell (Balsinger); his children, Shelly Patton, Mike Howell (Ruth), Tammi Harper, Mitchell Howell (Lisa), Jason Howell and Rebecca Tenney (Gregg); his grandchildren, Elijah, Sammy, Helen Ann, Bobby, Dylan, Cassie, Emma, Jaden and Maddox; and his brother David Howell (Retty). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
