He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl McMinn, Sr. and Helen Haley McMinn. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jane Welsh McMinn; his children, Michael E. McMinn (Emelita) of Charleston, SC and Lisa Bryant (Robert) of Salisbury, MD; his grandchildren, Samuel Robert Bryant (Laura) of Salisbury, MD, Kathryn Engleman (Timothy) of Sterling Heights, MI, Ethan Bryant of Salisbury, MD and Mariah McMinn of North Charleston, SC; and his siblings, Darla Leach of Morgantown and Myron McMinn (PJ Johnston) of Morgantown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
