It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eddie K. Smallwood Sr. (Morgantown, West Virginia), who passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Smallwood and Jessie Heston Smallwood; and his siblings, Judy Bissett, Donald, Larry, James, Danny and Denny Smallwood.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Smallwood (Tim Newlon), Sharon Frum (Millie Vazquez) and Eddie K. Smallwood, Jr. (Monica); his siblings, Bonnie McCabe, Carol Forman and Roy Smallwood; his grandchildren, Christopher Frum, Rachael Frum (Sami Al-Qaisi) and Joshua Smallwood; and his great grandchildren, Asher and Lina. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McCulla Funeral Home (770 Fairmont Rd, Morgantown, WV 26501). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
