He was predeceased by: his parents, John DeCosta and Mildred DeCosta; and his father-in-law Thomas Lombardi. He is survived by: his wife Linda DeCosta (Lombardi); his stepfather Jim Horn (Ed's); his mother-in-law Estelle Lombardi (Gardella); his children, David (Emily), Brian and Laura DeCosta; his grandsons, Vincent and Nathan DeCosta; his brothers, Jimmy (Allie) and Michael DeCosta (Dawn); and his nieces and nephews, Labrador and Stella.
