He is survived by: his wife Audrey Miller; his children, April Miller (Timothy Smith II) of Morgantown, Mary Miller of Texas, Christopher Miller (Laura) of Morgantown and Ervin Miller Jr. of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Laura, Kira, Trinity, Nicholas, Spencer, Jasmine, Jayden, Tiffany, Samantha, Daxton and Skylar; his great grandchildren, Noah and Violet; and his sister Ruth Ware of Belington.
