He was predeceased by: his father Robert Fazenbaker. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Horton; his daughter Michelle Fazenbaker; his sisters, Tracy Gilpin, Dale Detrick and Brenda Kipp; and his siblings' children, Kayla Kipp, Jaydon Wassell and Landon Gilpin.
