He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Miller and Pauline Youst Miller; and his siblings, Anna Mae Jordan, Bonnie Tasker and Howard Miller, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Chris Knotts Miller; his children, Gerald L. Miller (Michele), Greg Miller (Christy) of Morgantown and Amy Hill (Kevin) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Ciara Miller, Lindsay Rose Foley, Melissa McDonald and Ashley Luzader; and his sisters, Dortha Lea Creamer of Florida and Geraldine Casteel of Maryland.
