He is survived by: his daughter Monique'Monie'Francis (Richard); his grandson Richard Glenn Francis; and his siblings, Ralph Cook (Barbara), Susie Cook, Glenna Davis, Diana Lawson (Dee), Ruth Murray, Emma Luzader (Jim) and Morgantown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
