He is survived by: his children, Lillian Arnett, Elizabeth Antley, Justin Arnett, Joshua Napier, Ryan Napier and Bruce Arnett; and his siblings, Judy Ann Shaffer, Patricia Ann Kirkland, Estrellita Arnett and Charles Dempsey Arnett. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
