He is survived by: his wife Diana Weese Livengood; his children, Charles Livengood (Angie), Sam Livengood (Alison) and Misty Getridge (Dewayne); his stepchildren, Sean Gallagher (Ashli) and Reay Gilmore; his son-in-law Robert Gilmore, Jr.; his siblings, Terry Livengood (Terri), Sheena Gerard (Dave) and Joretta Seaman; and his grandchildren, Rachel Elchuck (TJ), Amy Gilmore, Samantha Livengood, Haley, Aiden Livengood, Sean Thomas, Scot Gallagher, Austin Merrbaugh (Ally), Travis Merrbaugh (Sara) and Kristen Sayre (Zack). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
