He is survived by: his parents, John Moore (Denise) of New Martinsville, WV and Penny Moore (Utt) of Morgantown, WV.; his siblings, Dustin Utt (Hannah) of Pine Grove, WV, Danielle Bentley (Karen) of Blacksburg, VA and Whitney Lyons (Jacob) of New Martinsville, WV; his siblings' children, Evan Utt, Skyler Utt, Heidi Utt and Kodie Lyons; and his grandmother Judy Utt of Pine Grove, WV. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
