He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Nelson; and his children, Carrie Russell, Jarrod Manes of Washington, David Thompson of North Carolina and Lance Santos (Bobbie) of Texas. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
