She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Dalton and Emory Ellsworth Foy; her husband James Elli, Sr.; her children, James'Butch'Elli, Jr. and Sherri Stewart; her son-in-law Donald Stewart; and her siblings, Juanita Price, Debra Grimes, James, Norman and Randall.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Strosnider (Calvin), Lisa Fields (Raymond) and Charles Elli; and her sisters, Joann Foy, Nancy Billie (Mike) and Rebecca Reckart. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fred L Jenkins Funeral Home (10 S High St, Morgantown, WV 26501). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
