JoAnn leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. JoAnn’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew JoAnn will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Elmer and Dorothy May Thomas (Bowers); and her siblings-in-law, Joseph Paul Forman and Karen Faye Hawkins. She is survived by: her husband Ronald James Forman; her brother Ron Thomas (Nancy) of Morgantown; and her pet Calli. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the McCulla Funeral Home (770 Fairmont Rd, Morgantown, WV 26501).
