He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Dick" Robinson and Doris Robinson (Field); his daughter Jennifer Robinson; his brother-in-law Mike Teets; and his parents-in-law, Lucille Haymond Armstead (White), Cecil C. Haymond and Burley F. Armstead.

He is survived by: his wife Anna Robinson (Haymond); his sons, Eric Nestor (Shelly) of Morgantown and Scott Nestor (Allaysha) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, McKenzie Thomas (Donovan), Hunter Nestor, Spencer Nestor, Kayleigh, Nathan and Olivia; and his siblings, Karen Teets of Kingwood and Toby Robinson (Caroline) of Vero Beach, Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
