He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles V. Lee and Lillian Ray Lee; his former wife Kathleen Louise Lee; and his brother-in-law Robert Sturm. He is survived by: his daughters, Erin Wegman (Douglas) of Terra Alta, WV and Mary Abbott (Roland 'Jay' Abbott, Jr.) of McAlester, OK; and his granddaughter Katie Marie Lee.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Beverly Hills Chapel of Tranquility Mausoleum. An entombment will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens (1290 Fairmont Rd, Morgantown, WV 26501).
