He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hamilton Bower and Beatrice Smith Bower; and his brothers, C. H. Jr. and Gaylord. He is survived by: his sisters, Charlene Runyon of Princeton, WV and Beth (Mike Dunlap) of Dallas, TX; his daughter Andrea Elizabeth Martin; his grandchildren, Kelsie Faun and Kaiden Reed of Allen, TX; his son John Wiley Bower, Jr. (Rebecca Jean); his granddaughter Cassandra Grace of Lakewood, WA; and his daughter Caroline Paige Bower. He is also survived by three nieces, three nephews, and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, you may contribute to maintenance of the family cemetery where a memorial bench will be dedicated to John.
