He is survived by: his wife Joyce Elaine Herschberger; and his siblings, Herb "Chip" Hess (Laurie) of Fairmont, WV and Martha James (Raymond) of Fairmont, WV. He is also survived by three children from a previous marriage; his grandchildren.
