He was predeceased by: his stepmother Patricia Reedy Lasker; his brother Christopher Reed Lasker; his grandparents, Clara Lawrence, William Hill Newsom, Anna and Hyman Lasker; his father-in-law Bernabe Gallegos Castillo; his stepsiblings, Kellena Meadows, Kelly Buskell and Wendy Spry; and his nephew Adam Meadows.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Gallegos Lasker; his children, Ana and David Lasker; his parents, Bruce Lawrence Lasker and Rose Newsom Lasker; his mother-in-law Esther Zita Cartagena of Gallegos; his siblings, Leah Lasker Summers, Aaron, Nikki Lasker, Jonny, Heather Lasker, Katie Lasker, Greg Adkins, Esther Zita Gallegos of Ruiz, Mario Ruiz, Marisela Gallegos of Martinez, Elias Issac Martinez, Saul Gallegos Cartagena and Rosario Nunez of Gallegos; his nephews, Holton, Jackson, Preston Summers (Kay Ann), Hill, Madison Lasker, Brandon Lasker (Alejandra), Christian Ruiz Gallegos (Sara), Elias Martinez Gallegos, Frida Susana and Emiliano Gallegos Nunez; his stepsister Chea Gibson (Jack); his nieces and nephews, Destiny Shepard, Megan Rivera, Lakyn Fowler, Mark Meadows, Ben, Eric, Jared Spry, Patrick Mercer, Tanner and Conner Lockwood; his great-aunt Lucy Katz; and his great-uncle Fred Lasker. He is also survived by father who loved his children unconditionally, son, brother, uncle, and friend.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hastings Funeral Home (153 Spruce St, Morgantown, WV 26505). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
