She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Amy (Brad), Shelley (David), Cheryl and Richie (Jessica); her sister Linda; and her grandchildren, Camon, Caleb, Ethan, Lucas, Alayna, Elizabeth, Kai, Molly, Lila, Micah, Luke, Kate, Lincoln, David, Leannah, Anneliese, Georgia, Joshua and Vivienne.
In lieu of flowers, a namesake scholarship fund is being established to encourage women pursuing STEM degrees.
