She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elwood Coombs and La Rue Wilson (Shannon); her grandparents, Arthur and Naomi Shannon; her son Maxwell "Max" Howard; and her brothers, James S. Coombs, Douglas J. Coombs and Sean C. Coombs.
She is survived by: her siblings, Scott L. Coombs, Nora and Beth Sheets; her nephew James S. Coombs II (Crystal); her sister-in-law Gilda R. Coombs; and her children, Ariona and Aleah.
