She was predeceased by : her father George Robert Victor Jr.; her husband Andrew Reseter; her sister Tamara Victor (Tammy); her uncles, James Kenneth Goff, William (Bill), Joseph (Joe), Robert (Bob) and Richard Victor; and her aunt Dorothy Victor Heiser.

She is survived by : her mother Delores Goff Victor of Morgantown; her daughter Dena; her son-in-law Bub Carpenter; her grandson Noah Carpenter; her extended family Really; her cousins, Dearly, Robin Jones and Kim Hudson; her daughter Many Friends; and her close friends, Deanna Rowan, Donna Born and Susan Walker.
