He was predeceased by: his mother Eva Pauline Riley Lee. He is survived by: his father Ray Forest Lee; his daughters, Kelly Casto (Bristin) of Morgantown and Jamie Pack (Clinton) of Mt. Morris; and his grandchildren, Lincoln, Shelby, Grant Pack and Lane Casto.
