It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence G. Johnson of Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on February 17, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Johnson and Hester Goodwin; his wife Joann Johnson; his daughters, Heddie Johnson and Bonnie Johnson; his stepfather Jimmy Goodwin, Sr.; and his siblings, Jimmy Goodwin, Jr., Mary Hiser, Susie Bosley and Debbie Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Salamone (Joseph), Regina Ralston (Marc) and Tina Johnson; his sister Joann Mathess; his grandchildren, Joseph Salamone, Cody Salamone, Greta Goodman, Dewayne Martin, Anna Martin, Melissa Miller, Tommy Martin, Bobby Martin, Katie Martin, Jake Martin, Matthew Johnson, Jonathan Johnson, Danielle Bevins and Carly Larsok; and his pet Piper. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
