It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Libby C. Snider of Morgantown, West Virginia, born in Renick, West Virginia, who passed away on March 13, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bradford Lambert and Elizabeth Kellison Lambert; her husband Johnny Snider Jr.; her daughter Janet Snider; and her grandson Christopher Scott.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Scott (Craig) of Bonney Lake, WA and Nancy Snider (Frank Hupp) of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Curtis Scott (Kristin) and Elizabeth Scott (Eric Gottloeb); her stepgrandchildren, Rhonda Hupp, Sherri Hupp and Franki Hupp; her great grandchild Claude Scott; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Todd Ballard, Samantha Ballard and Jordan Hupp.
The family expresses gratitude to the staff at Pleasant Acres Christian Haven for their professional and compassionate care in recent years and requests donations be made to the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute at WVU in Libby's memory and in honor of the countless individuals and families who have experienced Alzheimer's disease.
