She was predeceased by: her sisters, Elizabeth Gray (Betty) and Barbara Gray Moreno; her brother-in-law Russ Hess (Kirk Lichtblau); her aunt Caroline Bieber; her parents-in-law, Ralph and Frances Plummer; and her sister-in-law Jeanne Forbush.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. Ralph Plummer of Martinsburg; her daughter Fran; her son-in-law Chuck Lemley; her sisters, Carol Hess and Margaret Lichtblau; her brothers-in-law, Bob Moreno and David Forbush; her siblings' children, Heather, Jim Hook, Robert, Stephanie Moreno and Raleigh Moreno; her aunt Donna Gray; her great-nephews, David, Daniel and Simon Moreno; and her great-niece Rebekah Moreno. She is also survived by numerous cousins and many friends.
