Meera Pathak Thakur Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Meera Pathak Thakur (Morgantown, West Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 28, 2026 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ramani Pathak and Asha Chaudhary Pathak; and her brother Bhola Pathak. She is survived by: her husband Pramod C. Thakur; her sons, Gautam C. Thakur (Megan) of Charleston and Anand C. Thakur (Neeju) of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan; her grandchildren, Annika and Julianna Thakur; her stepgrandchildren, Elianna and Quentin Maher; and her sister Kiran Jha of Indianapolis. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hindu Religious and Cultural Center 137 Bakers Ridge Road Morgantown, WV 26508 or Zelle to [email protected] and friends may gather in McCulla Funeral Home on Monday, March 30, 2026 from 1:30 pm-2:30 pm.
