He is survived by: his children, Taylor Nicole Marie Bolyard of Morgantown, WV and Michael Benjamin Bolyard of Morgantown, WV; his siblings, Lisa Leach (Jeffrey Leach), Steven Bolyard (Anita Bolyard) of Grafton, WV, Kevin Bolyard of Grafton, WV and Richard Mooney of Grafton, WV; and his former wife Christina Bolyard of Morgantown, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
