He is survived by: his wife Teresa Louise Campbell; his children, Rebecca, Matthew, Jacob, Melissa Layton (Jeremy), Chad Campbell (Brittany Baker) and Eric Campbell; his grandchildren, Miranda Wolfe, Quinton Layton, Stanley Campbell and Cayden Campbell; his great grandchild Judson Ford Wilson; his brother Kevin Cozort (Charlotte Cochran Cozort); his nephew Luke Cozort (Bree); and his siblings-in-law, Sharon and Wayne Turner.
