He is survived by: his parents, Billie Lewis and Kyleen Lewis; his wife Amy Snodgrass Lewis; his daughters, Jacklyn Lewis Martin (Brandon), Olivia Beth Lewis and Allie Marie Lewis; his sisters, Tonya Lewis (Jimmy) and Stephanie Dorsey (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Catherine Gray (Matthew), Dylan Sell, Jason Dorsey, Hannah Dorsey, Madison Dorsey and Andrew Dorsey; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaxson Tennant and Laikyn Gray. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
