He is survived by : his mother Denise Lorraine McGrath Huggins; his brother William "Bill" Huggins (Lisa Hart) of Morgantown; his niece Kayla Huggins of Morgantown; his great-nieces, MaKenna Wheatley and Mya Weber; his great-nephew Mason Price; and his uncle David Huggins. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
