It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Opal Louise Pompili of Morgantown, West Virginia, born in Wellsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Brown and Lillie Mae Leidy Brown; her son Alfonso Louis Pompili, Jr.; her husband Alfonso Louis Pompili, Sr.; her son Craig Allen Pompili; and her siblings, James, Bill, Rudy, Charles Brown and Margaret Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Kaye Pompili, Paul Allen Pompili (Judy), Paulette Hefflinger (James), Loraine Simpson (Brad), Cynthia Brooks (Rod) and James Pompili (Donna). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
