Philip Douglas Mooney Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on August 26, 2020, at the age of 79, Philip Douglas Mooney of Morgantown, West Virginia, born in Nellis, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Addison and Mildred Frances Mooney (Pelphrey); and his siblings, Frances Sleeth and Dennis Michael Mooney. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his sons, William (Donna) and Mark (Amy); his grandchildren, Sarah (Michael Maloney), Harper and Emmett Mooney; and his brother John (Deanna). He is also survived by two nieces and six nephews.
