He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Miller and Ella Miller; his son Phillip M. Miller; and his brother Eric Miller. He is survived by: his wife Leslie; his children, Douglas D. Miller, Christopher S. Miller (Bonnie) and Jennifer M. Miller (Gaute Grytoyr); and his siblings, Danna Blum (Gil) and Ken Miller (Jory). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
