He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Archie Minor and Wilma Dale Minor. He is survived by: his children, Phillip Craig Minor (Andrea Ziegler) of Longview, WA, Kris Burner (Jerry) of Morgantown, WV and Kelly; his granddaughters, Michelle Herrera of Palmdale, CA, Rowan Minor of Longview, WA, Kaitlyn Burner of Morgantown, WV, Dakota and Cassidy Halfin of Weirton, WV.; and his siblings, Millard Minor (Valerie) of Philippi, WV and Kitty Chappell of Surgoinsville, TN. He is also survived by many nephews and cousins.
