He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Schaffer Sr. and Mary Swartz Schaffer. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Hershman; his daughters, Kimberly Schaffer of Philippi and LaDonna Marie Britton of Kingwood; his grandchildren, Roberta, Nikki, Chelsie and Tyler; and his great grandchildren, Gabby, Hannah and Jordy.
