She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Dezzutti; her siblings, Lucille Dezzutti and Paul Dezzutti (Dottie); her brother-in-law Paul Opalka; her grandchildren, Shelby Walker and Blake Walker; and her former husband John Parrotta.
She is survived by: her parent Carrie Dezzutti; her children, Donald Joseph "Skip" Spacht (Debbie) of Mt, John Parrotta (Jennifer) of Canal Winchester, OH, Carol Parrotta Copeland (Mike) of Morgantown and Tracy Parrotta Walker (Greg) of Canal Winchester, OH; her siblings, Jean Opalka of Ford City, PA and Joseph Dezzutti (JoAnn); her grandchildren, Brennan Petrucci, Tyler Copeland and Annie Walker; and her close friends, Bill Ogden, Jennifer Ogden, Terry Taft and Kathy Taft.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be sent to the Activity Fund at Mapleshire Nursing Home 30 Mon General Drive Morgantown, WV 26505.
