He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Neely and Susan Sarkany Kerr. He is survived by: his wife Linda Fleming Kerr; his sister Marsha Musk (Gordon) of Haslemere; his daughters, Trudy Kerr Lonegan (Steve) of Chapel Hill, N. C. and Amy Kerr Howat (Chris) of Columbus, Ohio; his grandchildren, Ryan Lonegan of Atlanta, Porter Lonegan of Boston, Abigail Howat of Portland, Ore and Ensign Jonathan Howat of Ewa Beach, Hawaii; his sister-in-law Kay Zinn of Fairmont; and his nieces and nephews, Mark Davison, Robert Zinn, Elizabeth Sidani, Suzanne Cantlay and Karen Zinn Stallman.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Hastings Funeral Home (153 Spruce St, Morgantown, WV 26505). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
