He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Moore; and his brothers, Arthur and Richard Moore. He is survived by: his father Roy Moore; his significant other Jody Deavers; his sisters, Lora Henderson and Linda Mankey; his daughters, Janie Phillips and Sharon Moore; and his stepdaughter Kelly Denis. He is also survived by father; 5 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
