It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Samuel Hollis (Morgantown, West Virginia), born in Arthurdale, West Virginia, who passed away on April 29, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Hollis and Jewel Tanner Hollis; his sister Hope Marie Hollis; his nephews, Shane J. Dameron and Christopher R. Hollis; and his close friend Ieda Darnell.

He is survived by: his siblings, Faith Ann Dameron, Fran W. Zepp (Paul J. Zepp) and Robert D. Hollis (Pam); his pet Samantha; and his daughter Dawn Marie Hollis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
