Shoulders (Suzan); his stepchildren, Tracy Frankwick (Joel) and Philip Alexander; his grandchildren, Lexie, Stevie Shoulders, Madison, Connor Shoulders, Aubrey Alexander, Isabella and Anthony Lucchiani; and his children, Amber Lucchiani and Isaac Alexander.
