He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rogers and Kathryn Rogers (Algers); his wife Janet Griffith Rogers; and his sister Mary Ann Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Paul Griffith "Griff" Rogers (Kristan), John Martin Rogers (Catherine) and Mary Louise Rogers (Steve); his grandchildren, Thomas Rogers, Daniel Rogers and Taylor Riffle (Hunter); his great grandchildren, Cooper, Tate and Judy; his nephew Jay Paul Johnson (Dawn); his niece Katie Johnson Brown (Dean); his cousin George Stewart (Patty Orr); and his goddaughter Vicki Hoover (Brian).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Wesley United Methodist Church (503 N High St, Morgantown, WV 26505).
