He is survived by: his mother Donna Patty Montgomery; his stepfather Terry Montgomery of Salyersville; his children, Jacob Thomas Vanhoose of Salyersville, Andrew Blanton of Salyersville, Kadence Blanton of Salyersville and Chelsey Blanton of Salyersville; and his siblings, Stephanie Arnett of Salyersville, Patrick Vanhoose of Salyersville and Terrance Montgomery of Salyersville.
