She is survived by: her mother Rae Michele Mincher; her daughter Samantha Rae Mincher; her sister Shawna Mararae Mincher-Powell; her aunts and uncles, Joan Miller, Linda Burr, Terry Barker, Maylee Burnside, Barbara Mincher, Joyce Mincher, Marsha Mincher, Charles Lemley Jr. and Thomas Burr; and her sibling's children, Alexandra Powell, Raelynn Broadwater and Michael Broadwater.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Arnettsville Community Center (4120 Fairmont Rd, Morgantown, WV 26505).
